Q: What times are you open?
A: Our opening times are set out on the opening times page. During the School Holidays, we open 7 days a week. Check our website for opening times during holidays too.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Admission is £6 if you show a current discount card, £10 without.
Q: Do I have to pay if I’m just watching?
A: No we dont charge for spectators just for skaters.
Q: Do we have to book to skate in your public sessions?
A: No, it's not necessary to book, you can arrive and skate.
Q: Do I have to have a discount card?
A: No, but it will save you £4 per visit as long as you bring it with you.
Q: What do I need a Discount card for?
A: It allows you discounted admission.
Q: I have lost my discount card, can I still come in?
A: Yes, the admission will be £10.
Q: Do children have to have their own card?
A: Yes, each person must sign up for and will be issued with their own card. Parents must counter sign for shildren under 18.
Q: Can we join the Discount card scheme online?
A: No, this must be done at the centre but it is quick and is done on the first day you arrive to skate.

Q: Do you offer childrens parties?
A: Yes, go to the party booking page and fill out the online booking form for childrens parties.
Q: Do you offer adult parties?
A: Yes, go to the party booking page and fill out the online booking form.
Q: Can I hire your venue?
A: Yes, subject to availability. You can find more information on our Venue Hire page.
Q: What size skates do you have?
A: We have skates for children from child size 6 up to adult's size 13.
Q: Do you sell skates?
A: Yes we do, please see our Skate Shop. We have a range of skates for sale displayed in our changing area and at reception.
Q: Do you teach skating lessons for beginners and advanced?
